PAYMENTS

1. Available payment methods

At AvocadoPB we offer several safe and convenient payment methods:

💳 Payment/credit card (Visa, Mastercard) – instant confirmation.
📲 BLIK – fast mobile payment.
🏦 Online transfer (fast transfer) – operated by Przelewy24 .
💼 Traditional transfer – payment to the Seller's bank account.
📦 Cash on delivery – cash or card upon delivery (if available).

2. Payment operator

Online payments are handled by:
Przelewy24 (PayPro SA)

Customer data required to process payments is transferred to the operator solely for the purpose of executing the transaction, in accordance with the GDPR.

3. Payment deadlines and execution

  • BLIK, cards, fast transfers – immediate payment.
  • Traditional transfer – must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Failure to pay on time will result in automatic cancellation of the order .

The Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order in the event of:

  • failure to pay on time,
  • reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse ,
  • providing incorrect data when ordering.

4. Payment security

  • Payments are made in an SSL encrypted environment,
  • The payment operator uses certified PCI DSS security procedures ,
  • Payment card details are not stored by the Store .

5. Refunds

  • The refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made ,
  • In the case of cash on delivery payments – to the account indicated by the Customer,
  • Return deadline: up to 14 days from approval of the return or complaint.

6. Payments for business customers (B2B)

6.1. Business customers may use payment by pro forma invoice or standard payment methods.

6.2. Acceptance of the Regulations is tantamount to consent to receiving invoices in electronic form (e-invoices).

6.3. The VAT invoice is issued and sent electronically to the e-mail address provided in the order.

6.4. In the case of deferred payment (upon Seller's approval), the payment due date is indicated on the invoice. Failure to pay by the due date entitles the Seller to charge statutory interest for late payment in commercial transactions.

7. Currencies and currency conversion

7.1. All payments in the Store are made in Polish zloty (PLN) .

7.2. In the case of payments from foreign accounts or foreign cards, currency conversion costs are borne by the Customer .

8. B2B Responsibility and Security

8.1. The Seller is not liable for delays in order fulfillment resulting from:

  • delays by banks or payment operators,
  • errors in the data provided by the Client.

8.2. In B2B relations , the Seller's liability for non-performance or improper performance of the contract is limited to the value of the placed order .
