RETURNS
1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
1.1. The consumer and the entrepreneur-consumer (Article 385⁵ of the Civil Code) have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product, without giving any reason.
1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must:
- send an e-mail to: daniellyczba@googlemail.com ,
- or send a written statement to the following address: Leśna 1, 42-230 Luborcza, Poland .
1.3. The following must be included with the return package:
- completed return form/declaration of withdrawal ,
- data enabling identification of the order (name, surname, e-mail, order number).
2. Return Policy
2.1. The product must be returned within 14 days of notification of withdrawal to the following address:

2.2. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer .
2.3. The risk of damage or loss of the shipment during return transport is borne by the Customer until delivery to the Seller.
2.4. The product should be returned in undamaged condition, in its original packaging , if possible with complete accessories and proof of purchase.
2.5. Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted .
3. Refund of payment
3.1. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
3.2. The Seller may withhold the refund until:
- receiving the returned Product, or
- the Customer providing confirmation of shipment.
3.3. Refunds will be made to the same account/payment method used for the order.
- In the case of cash on delivery payments, the Customer must provide the bank account number for the refund.
3.4. The Seller reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in the value of the Product if the Customer has used it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
4. Exclusions from the right of return
The right of withdrawal does not apply in relation to:
- Products made to individual customer order or personalized,
- Products delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons,
- Products that have been used in a way that goes beyond testing functionality ,
- Products that wear out quickly or have a short shelf life.
5. Verification of the condition of the goods
5.1. Each returned Product is subject to verification:
- visual condition,
- completeness of the set and accessories,
- serial number compliance (if applicable).
5.2. In the event of excessive wear or shortages, the Seller may deduct part of the refund amount .
6. Returns for business customers (B2B)
6.1. A business customer making a purchase for business-related purposes (B2B) does not have a statutory right of withdrawal .
6.2. The Seller may individually agree to accept the return of goods from a business Customer, however:
- the return takes place only after written acceptance by the Seller,
- the goods must be in factory condition,
- Shipping costs and transport risk are borne by the Customer.
7. Step by step procedure
- The customer sends a return request (e-mail/post) with the order number.
- The customer prepares the package and attaches the returns form .
- The Customer sends the parcel to the Seller's address within 14 days.
- The seller verifies the condition of the goods and sends confirmation of acceptance of the return.
- The refund will be made within 14 days to the Customer's account/payment method.

9. Final provisions
9.1. The Seller recommends insuring the return shipment and carefully packaging the goods.
9.2. The Returns Policy is consistent with Polish law and the EU Directive on Consumer Rights.
