1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data and the use of cookies in connection with the operation of the AvocadoPB online store, available at: www.avocadopb.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

- Act on the provision of services by electronic means,
- other applicable legal provisions.
2. Scope and purpose of data processing
2.1. Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- order fulfillment and sales management in the Store,
- payment and delivery services,
- handling correspondence regarding orders, returns and complaints,
- fulfilling tax and accounting obligations,
- running a newsletter and own marketing (with the Client's consent),
- statistical analysis and security of the Store's operation.
2.2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract. Failure to provide data may prevent you from completing the purchase.
3. Types of data processed
The Administrator may process the following data:
- name and surname,
- email address,
- phone number,
- delivery and billing addresses,
- company data and Tax Identification Number (for entrepreneurs),
- bank account number (for returns),
- technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, time of visit) for statistical and security purposes.
4. Data recipients
4.1. Personal data may only be transferred to entities necessary to fulfill orders:
- payment operators (e.g. Przelewy24 ),
- courier companies and parcel locker operators (e.g. InPost, DPD, DHL ),
- accounting offices and store software suppliers.
4.2. Data is not sold or made available to unauthorized entities for marketing purposes.
4.3. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only to the extent necessary to use IT tools (e.g. mailing system, Google Analytics), using appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
5. Data storage period
Personal data will be stored:
- for the period of order fulfillment and sales service,
- for the period required by tax law (up to 5 years from the end of the financial year),
- until the consent is withdrawn – in the case of data processing based on consent,
- until the limitation period for claims arising from the contract expires.

6.1. The Store may use analytical and marketing tools such as:
- Google Analytics (analysis of Store traffic),
- Facebook Pixel / Meta Ads (marketing and remarketing),
- Mailing / newsletter (sending commercial information).
6.2. Data may be used to create basic marketing profiling (e.g., displaying tailored advertisements), but profiling does not produce legal effects or significantly affect the Customer's rights .
7. Customer Rights (GDPR)
Every user has the right to:
- access to your data,
- rectification of data,
- deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”),
- processing restrictions,
- data transfer,
- objection to processing for marketing purposes,
- withdraw consent at any time.

7.1. Right to complain:
Every user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if they believe that the processing of their data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

- server and administration panel security,
